Our mission is to inspire lifelong total wellness by encouraging progressive and transformative choices through education, training, mentoring, and real-life experience. We seek to empower individuals and communities to achieve healthy balance in every facet of being - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and environmental.


ABOUT THE WELLNESS TRAIN, LLC


The Wellness Train is a company that offers public and private seminars, corporate programs, and athletic performance clinics for youth sports teams and coaches. We develop and promote transformative, integrated education and training programs that focus on the various dimensions of wellness, but more specifically on health, nutrition, disease prevention, physical exercise, stress management, and sport performance enhancement.

Organize with family or friends a triathlon but this doesn’t have to be a swim, bike and run type of triathlon.  Decide as a group three activities to include as part of your day but at least two have to involve being active. So for example, it might be bowling, batting cages and seeing a movie, or arcade, roller-skating and driving range, or a hike, preparing a meal together and watching a movie at home.  If successful, consider organizing unique triathlons monthly.
