Our Spring Seminar Series just concluded but stay tuned for future wellness seminars, workshops and adventures.

The seminars series include the following five classes, which were held at the TeamDean-WJ Bradley Mortgage building.

Dose for September 5

Organize with family or friends a triathlon but this doesn’t have to be a swim, bike and run type of triathlon.  Decide as a group three activities to include as part of your day but at least two have to involve being active. So for example, it might be bowling, batting cages and seeing a movie, or arcade, roller-skating and driving range, or a hike, preparing a meal together and watching a movie at home.  If successful, consider organizing unique triathlons monthly.
